Welcome To My Home Town Houston British Columbia (Pictures)

Above Photo: Farms in Houston, British Columbia.

Here are a few of the pictures I took on January 19, 2016 in
Houston, British Columbia, my home town.

Houston is a small community of approximately 3,200 people, but has a playground that goes for miles. If you like camping, fishing, hiking, boating and water skiing, Houston has it all.

In the winter months you have cross country skiing at Houston, or head to Smithers to enjoy a day of downhill skiing, also the family can go tobogganing or grab a crazy carpet having a blast on numerous hills in and around Houston, or you might like to slap on snow shoes and create your own roadway through the snow.

Also very popular is snowmobiling the backcountry, as it shows with the win of the 2016 SledTown ShowDown.

It really is endless, all you have to do is pack up your gear, grab a map, fill up the gas tank and you will be on your way for a mountain of fun.
